How SatrPosh orders, delivery charges and Cash on Delivery work - explained clearly.
The short version
- Delivery charge: Rs. 280 flat, paid in advance through Easypaisa.
- Product amount: paid Cash on Delivery to the courier when the parcel arrives.
- Your order is confirmed only after manual verification of the advance payment.
- No card details, no online payment gateway and no hidden charges.
Step by step
- Add your pieces to the cart and complete the checkout form with your name, WhatsApp number, city and complete address.
- Send Rs. 280 to the Easypaisa account shown at checkout. Keep the transaction ID.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the payment screenshot or TID.
- Our team verifies the payment manually - usually within a few working hours. Your order status changes to Advance received.
- We pack and dispatch your parcel within 24 to 48 hours of verification.
- Pay the remaining product amount in cash to the courier on delivery.

- Open your Easypaisa app (or dial *786#) and choose Send Money.
- Send Rs. 280 as the advance delivery charge to account number 03349457767 (account title SatrPosh).
- Copy the transaction ID (TID) from the Easypaisa confirmation SMS.
- Enter that TID below and attach a screenshot as proof if you can.
- Pay the remaining product amount in cash to the courier on delivery.

Delivery timelines
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar: 2 to 4 working days after verification.
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 6 working days after verification.
- Remote areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan and interior Sindh may take slightly longer.
Exchanges
Unworn items with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Return courier charges are borne by the customer.
Questions
Why is the Rs. 280 delivery charge paid in advance?
Couriers charge us for every dispatched parcel, including parcels that are refused on arrival. The small advance confirms the order is genuine and covers the courier cost, which lets us keep product prices low and offer Cash on Delivery on the remaining amount.
Is the delivery charge refundable?
The advance delivery charge is not refundable once the parcel has been dispatched, because the courier cost is already incurred. If we cancel your order before dispatch, we refund the advance to your Easypaisa number.
When is my order confirmed?
Only after a member of the SatrPosh team manually verifies the advance payment. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once it is verified.
What if I do not send the advance?
Unverified orders stay on hold for 48 hours and are then cancelled automatically. You are welcome to order again at any time.
